1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you ("User", "you") and the developers of Vastu360 ("we", "us", "the App"). Your use of the App constitutes acceptance.

2. About the Service

Vastu360 is a mobile application that provides general guidance based on classical Vastu Shastra principles and modern interpretations. It includes a compass, room-wise Vastu rules, dosh detection, remedies, personalized reports, articles, and a rule-based chatbot ("Vastu Mitra").

4. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the app. Vastu360's declared target audience on Google Play is 18 and over.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
• By installing or using the app, you represent that you meet these requirements.

5. Your Use of the App

You agree to:

• Use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Provide accurate information when generating reports.
• Comply with all applicable laws.

You agree NOT to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code.
• Modify, distribute, or sell any part of the app.
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
• Bypass any security or licensing mechanisms.
• Use automation tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the app.
• Resell generated reports or charge others for app-based consultations using our content.
• Use the app's content in a way that misrepresents its source.

6. Intellectual Property

All content within the app — text, graphics, logos, illustrations, audio, layouts, code, and design elements — is the property of Vastu360 or its content partners, protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal purposes only.

Classical Vastu texts referenced in the app are in the public domain; the app's compilation, interpretation, and presentation of this material are protected.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

7.1 Plans Offered

• Monthly Subscription — auto-renews monthly until cancelled.
• Yearly Subscription — auto-renews yearly. May include a free trial.
• Lifetime Purchase — one-time payment for permanent access.

7.2 Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged during the trial period. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged. Unused trial portions are not credited or refunded.

7.3 Billing

All payments are processed via Google Play. Prices may vary by region. Renewals are automatic unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

7.4 Refunds

Refund requests are subject to Google Play's refund policy. We do not directly process refunds. We will not refund partial subscription periods.

7.5 Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time via Google Play. Cancelling stops future charges but you retain access until the current period ends.

8. Advertisements

Free users see banner advertisements served by Google AdMob. These are clearly distinguishable from app content. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.

• The compass relies on your device's sensors. Accuracy depends on hardware quality, calibration, and environmental factors. We are not responsible for incorrect compass readings.
• Vastu remedies suggested are traditional practices. We do not guarantee their effectiveness or scientific validity.
• The chatbot ("Vastu Mitra") provides generic responses and is not a substitute for personalized consultation.
• For major decisions (e.g., property purchase, construction), consult a qualified Vastu expert and other relevant professionals.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle data.

12. Third-Party Services

The app uses third-party services including Google Play, Firebase, and AdMob. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

13. Updates and Availability

• We may update the app at any time. Updates may add, modify, or remove features.
• We may discontinue the app or any part of it at our discretion.
• We aim to maintain availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app if you violate these Terms. Termination does not entitle you to a refund.

15. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated date will appear at the top. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Your City, State, India]. For users outside India, applicable local consumer protection laws may also apply.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms (together with the Privacy Policy and any in-app disclaimers) constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the app.
